We have an expert policy writer and are able to support the development and review of your organisational policies and procedures and where required ensure their compliance with the Health and Social Care Act.

Whether face to face or over the telephone we provide a range of independent Mystery Shopping solutions. If you would like to know how your team are performing and whether enquiry management is impacting on your occupancy, our team are here to help.
Advocacy
If you or your family find it difficult to understand your care and support or find it hard speak up we can act as a spokesperson for you or your family. We will make sure you are heard and act on your behalf as an advocate.

From Employee Relations to Safeguarding our Consultants are experienced health and social care managers and are able to complete independent investigations on your behalf.
