Without you, I would not have been aware of the shortcoming in Sarah’s care and support in the home and I know the social worker found your experience invaluable. You helped me look at several homes and supported me, liaised with Sarah’s social worker and took part in the best interest meeting to find her the perfect new home. Sarah looks the happiest I have seen her for many years and the staff are the most caring I have seen. Thank you.

Simon at Unique Social Care has just finished an interim management assignment with me, supporting one of our complex homes which has faced some quality issues. From day one Simon was fully committed to the service improvements, and within 3 months, managed to turn a disengaged team around, and make sure the people we support have a great life!
